Based on your sales in the last 30 or 56 days, each supplier's lead time, and the days of stock you want to keep. Items already on order, including your own drafts, count as covered.
Add suppliers by hand or create them from your product vendors in one click. Record each product's supplier SKU, cost, pack size and minimum order, or import a supplier price list as CSV.
Turn suggestions into a draft purchase order per supplier, adjust quantities and costs, and download a PDF. On Micro and Pro, email the order to your supplier from the app with replies coming straight to you.
When a delivery arrives, enter what came in, all of it or part of it, and SupplyKit adds it to your available stock in Shopify, with the purchase order named in your inventory history.

It looks at how many of each product you sold over the last 30 or 56 days, the supplier's lead time, and how many days of stock you want an order to cover plus a safety buffer. Stock already on order (including draft purchase orders and Shopify's own incoming stock) counts as covered.
Yes. When you receive a purchase order, SupplyKit adds the quantities you enter to your available stock at the receiving location. Each change shows up in Shopify's inventory history, and a retry after a network problem never adds the same stock twice.
Your products, inventory and locations, and your orders only to count how many of each product sold. It never reads a customer's name, email or address, and stores only a total per product. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Your access tokens are deleted immediately, and all of your store's SupplyKit data (suppliers, purchase orders, settings) is removed in response to Shopify's shop-redaction request.
